Addie grew up in Los Angeles and began studying ballet at age 5 at Pasadena Civic Ballet. She attended Los Angeles County High School for the Arts where she continued to study ballet as well as modern, jazz, improvisation, composition, and Horton technique under Don Martin. She attended summer intensives with Hubbard Street Dance Chicago, River North Dance, and UCLA's World Arts and Cultures department. She's now in her third year at UCSC, majoring in theater arts and minoring in dance. At UCSC she's been a part of several performances including Dance Collisions, Random with a Purpose, RENT, and Gerald Casel's Splinters in our Ankles. She also performed as a guest artist with local dance collective Shift the Grid's show Vacancy. Addie is incredibly excited and thankful to be a part of this production and to be surrounded by such a welcoming and supportive dance community.
